Venue ops systems · Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Run your venue on a real system, not spreadsheets.
Sales tracking, staff commissions, and payouts for nightclubs, KTVs, bars and F&B businesses — built around the reports your POS already prints. Your team logs sales from their phones; you see every ringgit, every commission, every payout. No more month-end spreadsheet fights.

The system
Everything between the POS and the payout.
Each system is built for your venue — your rates, your roles, your rules. This is what a typical build includes.
Sales from your POS reports
We read the sales reports your POS already produces — including Chinese-language PDF exports — and turn them into clean, deduplicated records. Cancelled tables are skipped automatically. No retyping, no double counting.
Commission engine
Rates per person, per team, per sale type — whatever your structure is. Rates are locked onto each sale when it happens, so changing the rules later never rewrites old payouts. Disputes end because the numbers are traceable.
Payouts & receipts
One screen shows who is owed what. Run a payout, and the system prints receipt PDFs for your records. Month-end goes from days of spreadsheet work to minutes.
Roles your staff can't break
Owners see everything. Admins manage operations. Sales staff see only their own numbers. Every action is permission-checked, so the system enforces your hierarchy for you.
Works on every phone
No app store needed — the system installs to the home screen and works like a native app. Staff log sales in seconds from the floor.
LHDN e-Invoice ready
Businesses above RM1 million turnover must now issue MyInvois e-invoices. We can build compliant invoice generation into your system as a custom module, so compliance comes from the same data your sales already produce.
How it works
From first chat to live system.
-
Chat on Telegram
Tell us how your venue runs today — POS, commission structure, team size. The first conversation and scoping are free.
-
Written quote & agreement
You get a written scope and quote: what the RM3,000 build covers for your venue, what counts as custom work, and the maintenance plan. Nothing starts until you confirm in writing.
-
Build
50% deposit starts the build. Most venue systems go live in 2–4 weeks. You see progress and try the system before launch.
-
Launch & handover
Balance is due at go-live. We set up your team's accounts and walk your staff through it — most people learn it in one evening shift.
-
We keep it running
Maintenance covers hosting, monitoring, backups, bug fixes and support — so you run the venue and the system just works.
Pricing
Simple pricing. No surprises.
One build fee, one maintenance subscription. Minimum subscription term is 6 months — a system this central to your money needs someone keeping it healthy. All prices in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).

FAQ
Questions venue owners ask.
How long does the build take?
Most venue systems go live in 2–4 weeks from deposit, depending on scope. You'll get a realistic timeline in the written quote before you commit to anything.
What happens after the minimum subscription term?
The subscription simply continues month-to-month at the same rate. You can cancel any time after the minimum term with 30 days' written notice. If you cancel, you keep access to your data and we'll export it for you.
What counts as a "custom feature"?
Anything outside the scope agreed in your quote — a new report, a new module like e-invoice submission, an integration with another system. You'll always get a written price first; nothing is built or billed without your confirmation.
Who owns the system and the data?
Your business data is yours, full stop — you can request an export at any time. The underlying code remains ours and is licensed to you for your business use for as long as you need it, which is what lets us keep the build fee at RM3,000 instead of custom-software prices many times that.
Where is the system hosted? Is our data safe?
On managed servers we operate, behind Cloudflare, with regular backups. Access is role-based and password-protected. We handle personal data in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 — see our Privacy Notice.
Do your prices include SST?
Prices are quoted exclusive of tax. Service tax is only charged if and when we are SST-registered, and it would be shown clearly on your invoice — your quote will state the position at the time.
We're over RM1 million turnover — can this handle LHDN e-invoicing?
Yes. E-invoice generation (MyInvois-compliant documents from your sales data) is available as a custom module. If you're in the RM1–5 million bracket, the mandate already applies to you — mention it in the first chat and we'll scope it into your quote.
Why is there a minimum 6-month subscription?
Because the system handles your money. Commission systems need someone monitoring, backing up and fixing them — handing you a system with no maintenance would set you up to fail. Six months is the shortest period over which that responsibility makes sense for both sides.
